Join the Yoga Shala community for a yoga challenge and daily gratitude journaling as you focus your mind on the positive, November 1st thru Thanksgiving.
Start your holiday season by truly diving into your heart. This time of year can often produce feelings of frenzy and stress. However the opportunity is to ignite the Spirit of gratitude and commit to 15 yoga classes in November.
The negative mind can be strong, challenge yourself to no complaining, shifting the negative to a positive, train your mind to look for the positive giving yourself an attitude of gratitude.
Each week we will send an email with journal prompts to keep the gratitude flowing.
Get creative about your gratitude and positivity, keep your own daily gratitude journal. At the studio there will be a chart to track your yoga classes and poster to write what you're grateful for.
