with Kat Sun and Hyejin Yu
Please join Kat Sun & HyeJin Yu who are co-facilitating this amazing workshop. Join us for a soothing afternoon of gentle aroma-yoga movement and pranayama, then surf the waves of your own resonance thru an exploration in vocal toning, and finally resting in a delicious healing sound bath.
We are all composed of energy, vibration, frequency. Through movement, we release energy blockages in the body and open energy channels for better energy flow through our system. This allows us to better attune to the subtlety of our breath and harness the healing potential of conscious breathing. From this alignment of body and breath, we then activate our voice in order to tune our spine like a turning fork, aligning our inner resonance. Finally, we dive deeper into a healing sound bath while resting in savasana.

HYEJIN is a sound healing practitioner, songstress, composer, and song carrier based in San Francisco. In recent years, HyeJin has been fascinated with vibrational sound therapy, vocal meditation, song circles, mantras, and chants, and how they can be used to balance and heal our bodies which led to her training as a Sound Healing Practitioner under Minna Sivola of Harmoniaalto, and Lauren Waggoner of Soundology as well as becoming a certified teacher of Yoga Of The Voice from Silvia Nakkach’s Vox Mundi School of Sound and Voice. Her intention is to create a safe space for individuals as well as community at large to explore with sound and voice to be in-body and to be fully present here and now to experience life in joy, so we can be healers of our own body, mind and spirit!
