Once confident on your hands or balancing upside down in your inversions and arm balances, explore connecting the rest of your body to safely and creatively move in space. This will require more focus and more specific intentional movement, and more heart & hip opening too! You will move thru complex postures safely, learning an intelligent and balanced approach to a challenging category in the yogasana catalog. A fun & positive attitude is needed so that your practice can take flight, so bring your willingness, your open mind, and a sense of humor!
