Inspired by meditation, silence and stillness, this weekend workshop covers prana/apana, the koshas, tristana method, Buddhist philosophy, and the 8 limbs of yoga on and off the mat. Deepen your daily sadhana with Jeff Frieders, an Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa yoga practitioner and instructor. Residing in Oslo, Norway, Jeff has been teaching and studying all over the world. He has been fortunate to study with some of the best Ashtanga Yoga teachers in Europe, and began practicing yoga right here in Sacramento 25 years ago. He has been teaching since 2021. Open for all, not recommended for beginners.
What you receive:
Daily morning mantra, vinyasa, pranayama (sama vritti, nadi shodhana, kapalabhati), and meditation practice
Embodied philosophy - practical application of the workshop's concepts within the physical and meditative practices
