There's no excuses now, we have virtual classes daily, so this summer feel great mind, body and soul by joining the challenge. You will reap many benefits with a steady practice!
June 1- Aug 31 Yoga and Meditation Challenge:
Do 4 Shala yoga classes each week and commit to 3 min meditation before or after each class. Thats 52 classes in 13 weeks, yes you can do it!
Join the challenge by registering before June 1st, just register for your classes online which keeps count of your yoga classes. The meditation component is to keep a log on your own and at the end of the challenge emailing it to us.
*Feel free to get creative with your meditation log, this keeps you motivated and committed to the challenge.
