Join Tyler for this playful yoga event focusing on inversion & arm balancing poses right in your home. Choose the best wall in your house to kick up your feet, and then the fun has just begun! Tyler will show you accessible and safe steps to working on your handstands, forearms stands, and headstands in your own environment. Counter balance these poses with hip openers, which bring awareness how to access certain arm balances. This workshop will be educational, challenging, and fun!
