In the setting of a sacred space, we will take a glimpse into the past, into the darkness, reflecting on the lessons and what wisdom was gained, we will gather that wisdom into a sacred bundle. Seeing even during times of darkness on the planet, there is a LIGHT holding space for us.

So as our Sun & Earth are still in an alignment on the Galactic Plane during our December Solstice…it is a time to RECEIVE a ray of healing – ray that is helping you to SEE the LIGHT at the end of the tunnel & LIGHT-up your LIGHT within. 2020 is the decade of the Lion Heart! We want to go into 2020 powerful, with a strong connection to the Light.

We will do a letting go ritual, releasing and clearing anything that could be blocking our path weaving together the practice of yoga, breath work and a shamanic journey connecting to your lion heart, your purpose and legacy.
