Mindful Martial Arts combines various forms of self defense movements with the practice of meditation. Learn to express your body in a fluid, safe, and dynamic way through striking techniques, footwork, and playful drills. You will have the opportunity explore a powerful side of yourself in a controlled environment. The session will conclude with an extended meditation practice.
