This weekend workshop is designed to teach you tools how to access inversions and arm balances in a safe, stable, focused, and fun way. There can be a sense of frustration or fear that arises on the topic of inversions or arm balances, so there will be plenty of opportunity for questions, demonstrations, wall work, and partner work, and personalized attention.
The intention is to move you to a place of confidence and understanding while planting the seeds of possibility to continue ripening in your future yoga practice. You will begin to recognize re-occuring themes within your asana practice that will continually strengthen the muscles and mind frame needed to play with flight.
