This is a workshop on how to give and receive Thai Yoga Massage which creates connection through safe touch and manual adjustments on top of the clothing while laying on the floor. This a a form of partner yoga shared by both the practitioner and the recipient in which giving teaches core awareness, alignment, light breath work, and soft but strong intuitive touch . This is a perfect compliment to your yoga practice and your body will thank you for it. Walk away feeling renewed, re-aligned and recharged after both giving and receiving, creating the experience of genuine connection with someone else. All levels welcome.
