Explore the basics. All are welcome.

A yoga practice is simple, breath and pose. Anyone who wants to learn yoga can! No need to be flexible -that is a myth. In fact, most people who practice yoga are not flexible.  In this short 3 week series you will feel the stress release all while learning the simple basics.


This workshop explores the yoga poses done in a regular yoga class

  • Balancing, Warriors, Basic Backbends & Forward folds
  • Yoga breath 
  • Blending breath moving from pose to pose 
  • Modifications for injuries 
  • Restorative stretches and relaxation poses

 
This workshop will prepare you to feel confident taking a regular class or to start your own home practice!
 
This is a small learning group that explores and grows together.
