Access the healing, relaxing, and clearing power of your breath. Through breathing practices, you can start to descend from the anxious fearful future projections of the uncertain future, and instead breathe into the well of peace that is your body. Harness your awareness deep down in your body, and enjoy a moment of quietude and space that is so calming and comforting. In conjunction with the awareness of mindful breathing, there will be guided meditation as well as spacious silence, to observe and feel the effect of the yoga practice.
