The second evening will focus on practices designed to cultivate compassion and loving kindness - perfect for focusing on your family, friends and the larger community.
The third evening will focus on a practice designed to unburden your heart.
Ryan has studied and practiced Tibetan Buddhist meditation for the past decade. He offers heartfelt energy and wisdom from his meditation and retreat experience.
