There are 1440 minutes in each day. How many of them do you take for yourself? Do you find your inner dialogue repeating 'I don't have enough time'? Do you feel guilty when you do take time to nourish and replenish your own energy?
We often fall into this belief that all the 'things' on our To Do List are far more important to accomplish than any self care time. We allow that list of tasks to pull us away from our energetic center and then wonder why we feel unbalanced, fatigued, emotionally stressed. If not restored daily, we can very easily spiral into self sabotaging behaviors ~ lack of intentional movement, eating unwholesome foods, and believing our ego driven inner dialogue.
Daily devotion towards creating mindful minutes throughout your day can keep your energetic centers fueled instead of depleted. We don't have to spend hours each day to see positive results in maintaining the energy we need to feel energized, connected, and capable of moving through life with ease and grace.
This workshop will include:
Gentle Yoga and breathwork for centering the body/mind
Journal prompts to awaken your current mindset, acknowledging where you are stuck. (Why don't we make the time?)
Brainstorm session on Mindful Minute Activities (Daily Ritual/Love Tank List)
Creative ideas for making physical space at home to retreat during your Mindful Minutes.
Attendees will go home with Mindfulness Pathways worksheets to help them devote daily time towards their self care.
