Whatever creative aspirations your soul is aching for this course will assist you in trusting, allowing and honoring your creative impulses and flow. Our deepest yearnings are often intertwined with our fears and doubts. This course will give you the tools needed to push through and step up.

• Week one: Allowing the birth process. Gestation. Labor. Birth. (nervous system health + regulation.)

• Week two: riding the waves ::: cultivating steadiness + commitment in unpredictable waters

• Week three: Expanding Tolerance for::: risk + uncertainty + growth + authenticity + vulnerability + being seen

• Week four: boundaries + balance. You ‘have’ a business, you ‘aren’t’ a business. Identity + work life integration.

• Week five: Money. Money. Money. Self worth. Self worth. Self worth!!!!! Core beliefs + blocks vs. Flow + trust. Building new neural pathways.

• Week six: Evolution. Reinvention. Unfolding. Keep on keeping on…. !!!!
