This special class begins in Biffy’s private backyard and includes a meditative walk along the American River, centering prayer, breath work, hatha yoga in nature, shamanic drumming savasana and meditation in a beautiful location soaking up the healing energy of Mother Nature.

Rain or shine, we are connecting to Mother Nature. Dress in layers, wear tennis shoes, bring a light weight yoga mat- if you don't have one, you can borrow one from Biffy and a small eco friendly water bottle, hat and scarf for eye covering in savasana. A small bag to carry your mat and water.
