Jnana Yoga is the practice of Self-Inquiry - Yoga to heal the mind. In this mini-series we will be deconstructing two important pieces of our psyche with discussion, inquiry and meditation in order to heal ourselves from the burdens of guilt and criticism. This is powerful work that can literally change your life.

July 27: Clearing Guilt

Aug 3: Managing Criticism (self and others)

Cost: $35 for 2 part series, or $20 per session

This workshop will be offered through Zoom. Please register below at least 30 minutes prior to class time with the studio associated with your membership or class package. You will receive an invitation 30 minutes prior to the start of the workshop.

Please note: this is a yoga form that does NOT involve physical movement, more discussion and awareness.

Julia Tindall has been teaching hatha and jnana yoga for over 25 years. She has written 2 books on Jnana Yoga, "20 Questions for Enlightened Living" and "Your Presence is Enough" and leads Jnana Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as yoga retreats around the world.
