What’s the intention and focus? Educational teachings that make your yoga practice more informed, safer and therapeutic. Each session contains body-mind education, breath guidance, alignment principles and basic functional anatomy ~ embedded into a satisfying yoga asana practice.
Each session in this 4 part series, will have a main focus, yet yoga always require all of our body-parts to participate.
Oct 12: Lower Body ~ foundation, feet, ankles, knees
Oct 19: Lumbar-Pelvis-Hip Complex ~ thighs, hips, pelvis, lumbar spine
Oct 26: Upper Body ~ mid/upper spine, shoulder girdle
Nov 2: Hands & Wrists ~ foundation, elbows, arm nerves
Cost: $20 per session
$60 for the whole series
This workshop will be offered through Zoom. Please register below at least 30 minutes prior to class time with the studio associated with your membership or class package. You will receive an invitation 30 minutes prior to the start of the workshop.
