Join Annie for a 4 Week Serieswhere we explore what it means to have our own back. We’ll be looking deeply into what the qualities of backbone are. And how we embody them. We’ll explore all the structural components of a healthy backbone physically *especially* focusing on the nervous system & spine, psychically (the mental thought forms, beliefs & habits) , and spiritually (how we work with trust & wholeness). The 4 week process is an alchemical experience of turning our pain into our power & life lessons into a deep initiation of strength, resilience and backbone.

  • Week Four: Wholeness & Unfolding your own Myth
