This Beginners Yoga Series is designed to provide you with a foundational level understanding for the practice of yoga. With this foundation, you will be able to walk into any yoga class with a sense of familiarity and be able to engage with what is being taught. You will also be able to practice at home with confidence and enjoyment.

This course is taught by Ryan, a Certified Yoga Teacher who has been teaching yoga for 9 years and practicing for a decade. Ryan is also a Certified Rolfer who specializes in working with people's postural balance and function through hands'on manipulation of fascia and connective tissue. His knowledge of the body influences his yoga classes and teaching style.
