Series of 3 90-minute yoga sessions IN studio held at Yoga Shala Midtown studio.
Sundays 1-2:30pm
This series will give you the tools that you need for a strong and safe yoga practice, while also building your comfort level and confidence in a class experience. The beginner's series is open to those interested in trying yoga, as well as those who wish to explore the basic fundamentals of yoga postures, breath work, and aspects of meditation. A slower pace and smaller group makes the beginner's series an enjoyable way to learn the poses. You will explore techniques on breath, alignment in postures, safety, modifications for injuries and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Tuition includes an introduction manual and an introductory 2 week pass for classes at the Yoga Shala.
