Take your MEDS (Meditation, Exercise, Diet and Sleep)!!!
Your daily guide for helping your body heal itself mentally and physically.

Do you find yourself not sleeping well, too many “monkeys” keeping you up at night? Has stress started to cause anxiety and fear? Is it difficult to get started in the mornings? What chemicals and hormones are helping or hindering you?

We are not designed to self-destruct. Given the needed tools, we will naturally heal ourselves. This 2-hour workshop will explore methods to allow healing; mentally and physically. In our daily life, we may have created habits causing disease and stress to move our energy in the wrong direction. Simple techniques can remedy and get us back on track.

Specifically, this module will focus on using tea as medication; regulating our energy for exercise and relaxation. We will start with the end in mind and focus on SLEEP!

Experience and taste herbal teas- their benefits and effects. Release tension with a calm practice and learn health tips in a short lecture.

Mike began practicing yoga in 2010 and completed teacher training in 2018. Originally, driven by corporate success as an engineer and financial planner, Mike sought the trappings of salary, titles and materialism. Having a change of heart and experiencing the damage of attachments on the mind and body, he has shifted his sights towards the healing arts. His journey inward pursues constant growth and exploration at deeper and deeper levels; spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally. Finding center and connection on the mat is essential to the journey.

Mike also has 2,500 clinical hours in addiction counseling. Using mindfulness, nature, nutrition and yoga as healing modalities, he now teaches these in recovery from personal experience. “We can all be addicted in some way to something. Perhaps it’s chemicals. Perhaps it’s behaviors. Perhaps it’s judgements, resentments and lack of tolerance. Diving deep into self-love and acceptance provides freedom from this bondage.”
Mike is passionate in his mission to be the catalyst to help others change their lives.
