This shamanic reiki yin yoga experience will take you on an inner journey of opening the door to your deepest passions and Highest Self. You will be held in a sacred space filled with crystals and glowing candles, guided through a meditative yin practice while letting go of that which does not serve. Opening into the energy of 2019 clear and connected, guided by your intuition, you align with your intentions and power.

Crystals come from Mother Earth and offer healing with their unique ability to balance into the body, mind, spirit and soul. They invoke the highest healing, cleansing the aura, revealing your creativity, joy and inner wisdom.

Weaving crystals, reiki and essential oils into the traditional yin practice will delight your senses!

Biffy Cotter, Krissy Aguayo, Monica Biery and Steph Dodds are certified yoga teachers and energy healers. They have been called “Lightforce” working as Lightworkers together now for the over a year.
