Come indulge in an evening of rejuvenation. Hot stone therapy assists in the body's natural desire to be open, flexible, and liberated. Restorative yoga allows the practitioner to unwind and reset in long held, supported poses. While the warm stones melt away the stress, knowledgeable hands and conscious yoga instruction can softly ease tension in your body.

Katie Roye, CMT (Bio)
I’ve been a California Certified Massage Therapist since 2012. I went to massage school right here in Sacramento, but I kept my healing in the Auburn area, where I was born and raised, for the first part of my career. Under the tutelage of a knowledgeable Chiropractor and a skilled CMT, I became a better healer than I could ever have hoped for. Their guidance added to my wonderful foundation of massage know-how from school, and I developed a deeper understanding of how the body truly works and moves. Through the years I’ve been able to adapt my massage into a more therapeutic session, with an emphasis on deep-tissue and assisted stretching. Never losing sight of the true importance behind offering a relaxing massage to my fellow (wo)man, for several years I’ve enjoyed combining the heat and caring touch of massage with its ultra-compatible sister; the healing self-care that is yoga. Being able to share with my community, wherever I go, a caring and therapeutic massage, is a gift that keeps giving in surprising and exquisite ways.
