The Yoga for Life (YFL) program incorporates a consistent physical practice, mindful eating, and a meditation challenge. Join Tristina and Michael every Sunday for interactive discussions and group activities that introduce the theme for each week. The intention of YFL is to increase balance in your life by integrating key principles of yoga philosophy. Create sustainable change for yourself and make meaningful connections with your community through this 30-day immersion!
Program Guidelines:
- Attend Sunday Sessions with Michael & Tristina (Sundays, 6-8pm)
- 5 yoga studio or home practices a week
- Daily meditation & consistent journaling practice
Yoga For Life includes:
- Unlimited yoga classes at Yoga Shala Midtown
- 5 Sunday Sessions
- Weekly emails outlining the theme of the week
