Experience balance and release of unnecessary tension from misaligned motions we experience every day. This workshop will cover key anatomical points of the upper body and different methods to find improved alignment of common poses in your vinyasa practice. This workshop will have an extended asana practice using partner work, static holds, and dynamic movement.
