Join Johanna for the first of this 5 part series where we explore the elemental nature of Yin yoga. Yoga, in its simplicity, honors the seasons of nature, and uses this natural rhythm as a guide for the practitioner. This 2 hour workshop will dive deep into a Yin yoga practice ideal for springtime. We will utilize shapes that operate with the energy of the liver as the organ associated with spring and embody a practice that is simultaneously rooted and expansive. The ultimate goal of this workshop is to offer the practitioner information which will strengthen their own tools for self-care and capacity to stay vital through the seasons.
