Relax, Restore, Meditate Join Michael for a practice all about relaxing yourself into a deep state of meditation. You will be guided into restorative yoga postures, various breathing techniques, and conclude with an extended meditation. There will also be a brief lecture on the science behind initiating the relaxation response. This two hour practice is accessible for all bodies. All experience levels of both yoga and meditation are welcome.
